Criminal trespass and damage to property
This farm property owned by Mark Baugh, rural Beecher, was cros-
sed by heavy equipment, not only without the owner's permission,
but against his orders on Dec. 1. IDOT agents just couldn't seem
to wait for better road conditions to demolish homes in the foot-
print of the proposed airport near Peotone. Stories *(NEW)* about the trial of
Roc and Lee Van Guilder, of Hanson Professional Service, who
have been charged with criminal tresspass and criminal damage to
property are below.
